According to the Party Cell Secretary and Head of the Front Work Committee of Tan Lai Ward, Le Thi Thu Tam, the ward has more than 1,300 households with more than 5,200 people. Among them, there are 39 meritorious policy households, 1 poor household, and 2 near-poor households. In the ward, there are 235 production establishments and 67 private enterprises that have participated in creating jobs for workers in the ward.

On this occasion, the people of the neighborhood received congratulatory flower baskets and gifts from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the neighborhood and 5 typical cultural families.
The Ward People's Committee and the Neighborhood Front Committee awarded the title of exemplary cultural family to 5 households and gave gifts to more than 100 disadvantaged people and students who overcame difficulties to achieve good results.
