The mark of Tay Ninh's youth after the merger.
Mr. Tran Hai Phu, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province and Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, said that in Tay Ninh, the tradition of the Youth Union continues to be carried on and promoted through many outstanding achievements. These include the days of participating in the construction of the Dau Tieng Reservoir, a strategically important project for the region; the image of the Youth Volunteer Force, undeterred by hardship and sacrifice, venturing into difficult areas; and the pioneering efforts that contributed to the development of the Dong Thap Muoi region and the construction of Route 49 – now National Highway 62.
Following the reorganization of its organizational structure, the Youth Union's work and youth movement in Tay Ninh province quickly stabilized and adapted, leaving a clear mark. Many new models and innovative approaches have emerged, contributing to clearly affirming the role and position of the Youth Union and the youth of Tay Ninh in the province's new development phase.
Accordingly, after the merger, the Youth Union's work and the youth movement entered a new phase with many important tasks, contributing to expanding the front of solidarity and gathering young people.
Notably, the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign was vibrant, with teams deployed in 96 communes and wards, focusing on supporting the operation of the two-tiered local government model. "Digital Literacy for the People" teams directly assisted citizens in accessing online public services. Throughout the province, over 2,800 digital transformation activities were organized, attracting over 10,000 youth union members and supporting more than 90,000 citizens.
In the context of building new rural areas and protecting the environment, by the end of 2025, the youth of the entire province will implement more than 75 km of rural road lighting projects, repair more than 100 km of rural roads, and plant more than 540,000 trees. Social welfare activities will be effectively implemented with a total resource of over 46 billion VND; tens of thousands of gifts, thousands of scholarships, and free medical examinations and treatment will be given to thousands of people...
The Youth Month 2026 was implemented simultaneously in Tay Ninh with many meaningful projects and activities. In particular, the "Forever Young at 20" journey, with the theme "Reunion in a New Tay Ninh," brought together numerous generations of Youth Union officials, creating a space for exchange, connection, and inspiring revolutionary ideals in the younger generation.
At the program, former Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and former Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, Dang Van Ninh, urged Youth Union officials at all levels to frankly acknowledge existing shortcomings in order to further improve the quality of the movement. He expressed his confidence that the youth of Tay Ninh will continue to uphold their pioneering spirit, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the locality.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union presented commemorative plaques marking the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to former leaders of the Provincial Youth Union from various periods. Thirteen outstanding individuals in youth union work and youth movements were awarded the "For the Young Generation" commemorative medal by the Central Youth Union.
Youth in Khanh Hoa Province compete to develop the economy.
On the same day, during a commemorative program in Khanh Hoa, Mr. Nguyen Khac Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, praised the achievements of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province in the recent past. The Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee requested that all levels of the Youth Union continue to define their role as a reliable reserve force of the Party; actively participate in implementing emulation movements and socio-economic development tasks of the province. In particular, young people must be the leading force in digital transformation, pioneering innovation, and mastering science and technology.
According to the Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Youth Union needs to closely coordinate with state management agencies, vocational education institutions, and businesses to provide career guidance, vocational training, and job placement services for young people in the province. In particular, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union needs to coordinate with relevant agencies to proactively develop and effectively implement the Project to improve the quality and capacity of young cadres, female cadres, and ethnic minority cadres by 2030, with a vision to 2035.
Over the past 95 years, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union has consistently performed well and achieved high effectiveness in implementing programs and activities assigned by higher authorities. In the work of disseminating and educating about traditions to the province's youth union members, this has been integrated into many competitions and activities. To date, 100% of youth union organizations have fan pages for communication purposes. The Provincial Youth Union has implemented the "Truong Sa in My Heart" project, building 26 models of Truong Sa landmarks in schools with a total value of over 1 billion VND. At school youth teams, 15 similar models have also been completed, contributing to educating children about love for the sea and islands.
Mr. Huynh Huu Phuc, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, provided further information: The highlight of youth movements and activities in the province is that they are always organized creatively with many scientific, practical, and effective contents and forms. In 2025, the Provincial Youth Union organized 22 competitions, 15 seminars and in-depth forums on science, technology, and entrepreneurship; the Robocon competition with 42 teams from junior high school to university level; and 2 provincial-level youth informatics competitions.
In the field of digital transformation, the Provincial Youth Union also implemented model programs such as "Digitizing Historical Sites" using QR codes and the "Digital Literacy Campaign" with more than 155 youth teams directly participating in popularizing digital skills, supporting 28,000 people. Regarding support for youth entrepreneurship, youth union branches throughout the province are managing 694 savings and loan groups with entrusted loans exceeding 1,661 billion VND, creating opportunities for nearly 33,000 households and young people to develop their businesses...
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union presented awards to 30 outstanding youth union officials and members; and authorized the affiliated youth union branches to organize awards for the remaining 65 youth union officials and members.
