The three enterprises include CIP.CO Import-Export and Human Resources Supply Joint Stock Company (CIP.CO HR), BBC Group Investment and Trade Development Joint Stock Company (BBC Group., Jsc) and Viet Thang International Development Joint Stock Company (VTC Corp).
According to the announcement, the number of workers prepared is 150 people, aged 20-45, including 50 workers from CIP.CO HR Company, 50 workers from BBC Group., Jsc Company, and 50 workers from VTC Corp Company.
The industry to work in Greece is agriculture, specifically growing, harvesting and processing agricultural products. The labor contract term is 2 years, working time is 8 hours/day, 5 days/week with a basic salary of 803 euros/month (over 20 million VND).
The employer will pay for the airfare from Vietnam to Greece and from Greece to Vietnam after the employee completes the contract.
Vietnam plans to send workers to Greece to work.
According to the Department of Overseas Labor Management, the above 3 enterprises are preparing resources according to the supply contract signed with the partner Greek National Agricultural Cooperation Union (Etheas) to supply labor to work at Berryplasma World LLC, Greece.
Regarding vocational skills requirements, the 3 companies plan not to organize vocational skills training for workers but to recruit agricultural workers who already have knowledge, experience and vocational skills.
Regarding foreign language proficiency, businesses that send workers will organize English training for workers who do not have or have a basic level of English and will not charge tuition or accommodation fees for workers during the course.
Labor preparation time from July 2023 to September 2023.
The Department of Overseas Labor Management emphasized that all three companies are not allowed to collect any money from workers before the labor supply contract is approved by the competent authority and the workers have signed a contract to work in Greece.
Greece is a new market, therefore, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has directed the Department of Overseas Labor Management to strengthen state management of sending Vietnamese workers to work in this country while the two countries have not signed an agreement to ensure publicity and transparency.
