The highlight of the event was a street music show with more than 100 performers from clubs in the province. The songs performed had profound content about autumn, homeland, Thai singing along with vibrant hip hop performances, modern dance, and folk dance, bringing the audience joyful emotions.
At the same time, along the walking street, there were folk games, ethnic games, and community cultural activities imbued with the Thai ethnic identity such as: To mak le, bamboo pole dance, gong drums, xoe dance. Introducing and displaying traditional costumes, ethnic musical instruments, souvenirs, and typical OCOP products of Son La.
The clubs perform modern and traditional dances; the program “Sing for each other” combines with the introduction of Son La coffee products. Introducing cuisine at eateries and restaurants along both sides of the street.
The walking street is held twice a month, on Saturday evenings, from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a variety of themes. Meaningful cultural and entertainment activities contribute to promoting the unique features of Son La culture, attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and experience.
