Tuyen Quang aims to attract more than 3.6 million tourists by 2025

At the meeting, delegates spent most of their time discussing and passing a resolution on the socio- economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2025.

According to this resolution, in 2025, Tuyen Quang province sets out 25 main targets, including important targets such as: Growth rate of 8.61%; GRDP per capita of 54.97 million VND/year; attracting more than 3.6 million tourists ; budget revenue of 8,818 billion VND; total social investment capital of more than 33 trillion VND; completing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for 15,868 households, of which more than 12,800 houses were completed before June 30.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh emphasized that the socio-economic development plan and national defense and security assurance plan for 2025 is the central resolution of the meeting, playing a role in guiding development tasks in the first year after the merger.

The development and implementation of this resolution must ensure practicality and feasibility, in line with the requirements of improving growth quality, stabilizing people's lives, improving the investment environment, and promoting digital transformation.

Therefore, immediately after the session, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies need to focus on directing and promptly concretizing the resolutions that have just been passed into specific, practical and feasible action programs and plans; along with that, it is necessary to strongly promote the supervisory and critical role of the Fatherland Front and political, social and people's organizations in the implementation process, ensuring that all resolutions are organized and implemented in a substantial, not formal way.

The Provincial People's Council needs to develop a focused and key monitoring plan, prioritizing difficult areas to promptly remind, urge, and remove obstacles, ensuring that localities implement the resolution on schedule and achieve high efficiency.

“The Provincial People's Committee proactively develops practical management solutions, concretizing each work content closely in the direction of doing it firmly. Timely report and propose solutions to difficulties and problems that arise. All levels and sectors must coordinate synchronously and consistently, not shirk responsibility, not distinguish whose work it is, all must join hands for the common goal,” Comrade Hau A Lenh emphasized.

The meeting also presented State-level awards to 8 delegates of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province who had many achievements in their work, including: Second and Third Class Labor Medals and Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister.
