To effectively complete the proposed plan, Tuyen Quang province has implemented many creative ways in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. The province has announced 3 typical house models suitable for mountainous areas, ensuring the "3 hard" standards. Agencies, units, departments, communes and wards mobilized union members, members, soldiers and police to help households transport materials and support construction workdays. In particular, many poor households and ethnic minority households are also supported with additional funds and materials to build houses suitable to the identity and customs of each ethnic group.

The province has mobilized more than 630 billion VND to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, of which the contribution from households and social sources is up to 335 billion VND. In addition, the province has mobilized more than 140,000 working days and many other construction materials.

The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses not only has profound humanitarian significance, enhancing people's trust in the Party and State; ensuring social security, but also brings about clear social effects, contributing significantly to the work of helping households "settle down and start a business", reducing poverty sustainably, and developing the economy and society.

At the same time, strengthen the great national unity bloc, promote the strength of the community, join hands, contribute, promote the spirit of "whoever has something to help", "whoever has merit helps merit, whoever has property helps property", not let anyone live in leaky or dilapidated houses and "not let anyone be left behind". This program can be considered a model of how to do, method, mobilize resources, support forces and become a driving force to promote a vibrant emulation movement from the grassroots.

The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses is an activity of profound humanitarian significance.

According to Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh, the completion of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province is a miracle of the province in caring for people's lives. This result was achieved thanks to the close leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary Houses, the synchronous coordination of Party committees and local authorities, and the active contributions of businesses, organizations, and individuals inside and outside the province. Along with that is the spirit of solidarity, unity, and determination not to back down in the face of difficulties; the more difficult it is, the more determined we must be, make greater efforts, take drastic and creative actions in leadership, direction, and implementation.

The Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized that completing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses is a big step forward, but it does not stop there. This is only the first step of the journey towards completely eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and multidimensional poor households. The core is still to continue to promote production and business, create jobs and livelihoods, constantly improve the quality of life and material and spiritual life for the people, encourage people to escape poverty sustainably, and have a truly happy life in new houses./.
