Propaganda and dissemination of laws on prevention and combat of human trafficking

On July 31, the Office of the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the Youth Union Working Committee (Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front) and Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union to organize a program to propagate, disseminate and educate the law on preventing and combating human trafficking for union officials, union members and local youth.

This is an activity within the framework of the coordination program between the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, aiming to strengthen propaganda, education and crime prevention among adolescents.

Major Bui Duc Tung, Criminal Police Department of Lao Cai Province, trained two important topics in the program.

At the program, 300 grassroots union officials and union members and young people in the province listened to the reporter of the Criminal Police Department (Provincial Police) training on two important topics: disseminating legal knowledge, skills to identify human trafficking crimes; propagating and preventing human trafficking crimes in the community.

In addition, the reporter also directly discussed and answered specific situations, helping union members and young people better understand the methods and tricks that criminals often use.

In order to increase interaction and create an exciting atmosphere for participants to easily absorb and remember, the program also incorporates propaganda in the form of dramatization and the "Ring the Golden Bell" contest to learn about the Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking in 2025.
