Propaganda and mobilization of people to participate in giving opinions on the draft amendments to the 2013 Constitution

Implementing the direction of the Party, the State and the Provincial Police on widely collecting opinions from all walks of life on the draft amendments to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, while promoting the role of mastery and the sense of responsibility of the People in the cause of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam.

Instructions for people to participate in giving opinions on amending the Constitution on the VNeID application at Thanh Mieu Ward Police Station

Accordingly, Thanh Mieu Ward Police, Viet Tri City coordinated with the Ward People's Committee to organize propaganda and instructions through the loudspeaker system to all classes of people on the contents, steps, and procedures for making comments via the VNeID application such as:

Step 1: People log in to the VNeID application or website https://vneid.gov.vn with an active level 2 electronic identification account.

Step 2: People access the "Utility to collect public opinions on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment on the VNeID application".

Step 3: Citizens choose to read the Draft Amendments and Supplements to a number of Articles of the 2013 Constitution. Next, choose to send comments. Here, citizens can comment on other articles of the Constitution, comment on constitutional techniques, and other articles available in the list. If citizens agree with the contents of the law, click to agree. If citizens do not agree, enter their comments.

Step 4: After commenting on the content of the law, click send information to complete the comment on amending the 2013 Constitution.

Step 5: The Ministry of Public Security synthesizes public comments and sends them to the Ministry of Justice to prepare a general report for the Government.

Participating in giving opinions on amending the Constitution is the right and obligation of every citizen. From there, promote your sense of responsibility to the country and the people, participate proactively and positively. This is also to exercise your constitutional rights.
