In this match, coach Okiyama Masahiko made some adjustments to the starting lineup compared to the first match to create playing opportunities for many players.

During the first 45 minutes, goalkeeper Ngoc Anh had almost no work to do as the Vietnam U19 women's team played mainly in the opponent's half with an overwhelming attacking style of play.

The team scored 3 goals thanks to Quynh Anh, Thuy Nga and Le Thi Trang in this half.

In the second half, the U19 women's team of Vietnam continued to dominate the match, Quynh Anh, Nguyen Thi Quy and Hoai Trinh scored 3 more goals to help the home team win 6-0.

In the remaining match of Group A, Myanmar U19 women's team won Laos U19 women's team with a score of 6-0.

With this result after two matches, the U19 women's team of Vietnam temporarily leads Group A with 6 points. Myanmar and Laos both have 3 points, while Timor Leste still has no points.

Vietnam U19 women's team will play the final match of the group stage against Laos U19 women's team on June 13.

In Group B, Thailand's U19 women's team beat Malaysia's U19 women's team 7-1, while Indonesia's U19 women's team tied Cambodia's U19 women's team 1-1.

With 6 points after two matches and 5 points more than the third-placed team, Thailand U19 women's team has quickly won a ticket to the semi-finals.

The tournament will take place until June 18, with the participation of 8 teams, including: Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Timor Leste (Group A), Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia (Group B).

The teams compete in a round robin format to calculate points, rank, and select the top 2 teams in each group to enter the semi-finals.
