Accordingly, Nguyen Hai Dang, Vice Chairman of Hoi An Commune People's Committee, concurrently Director of Hoi An Commune Public Administration Service Center; Le Quoc Cuong, Deputy Head of Science Management Department, An Giang Department of Science and Technology (before the arrangement) to hold the position of Chief of Office of People's Council and People's Committee of the commune; Nguyen Hong Phuoc, Vice Chairman of Hoi An Town People's Committee (before the arrangement) to hold the position of Head of Hoi An Socio-Economic Department; Phuong Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of Hoa An Commune People's Committee (before the arrangement) to hold the position of Head of Hoi An Social-Cultural Department.
