During the recent storm, the school suffered a landslide on the temporary embankment connecting the two levels of school; the landslide behind the boarding house of the students caused insecurity for more than 540 students, including 385 students who are boarding.

Sharing the school's difficulties, the Provincial Police Department's Investigation Security Department and benefactors have donated 320 million VND, helping the school have more funds to overcome the consequences of natural disasters , quickly rebuild the embankment, build roads, and ensure safety for teachers and students during teaching and learning.

The leaders of Tan Trao University launched a fundraising campaign among the staff, employees, workers and students of the whole school. Immediately after the launching ceremony, the school leaders and departments, departments, units, and a large number of lecturers, staff, workers and students participated in the fundraising. As a result, on the first day of the campaign, the staff, lecturers and students of Tan Trao University raised over 110 million VND to support people affected by floods. The amount of money raised in this campaign will be compiled by Tan Trao University and transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province.

* On October 19, the Hoang Su Phi Commune Youth Union connected with the Hanoi University of Business and Technology Youth Union to organize the "Moon of Love" program to give gifts to families in difficult circumstances and schools affected by the storm.

At the program, the delegation presented 20 gifts to poor households and donated teaching equipment (TV, speakers...) to Na Hu school. The total value of the gifts was over 58 million VND.
