According to the report at the survey, the Provincial People's Committee has issued documents, programs, and plans to direct the work of crime prevention and control; drug prevention and control; established the Provincial Crime Prevention and Control Steering Committee; strengthened State management in the fields of land, resources, minerals, financial management, budget use, basic construction investment, etc.

The direction and management of conditional business sectors such as pawnshops, karaoke, online games, food safety, smuggling, counterfeit goods, trading in additives, chemicals, and minerals have been strengthened. The province is currently managing 456 establishments operating in the conditional business investment sector with a total of 1,063 people working at these establishments. At the survey, delegates from Lai Chau province proposed a number of recommendations such as: Continuing to focus on investing in funding, facilities, equipment, and working means, especially equipment for online trials, drug crime investigations, high-tech crimes, digital forensics, and reconnaissance equipment; having solutions to tighten the management of suspicious bank accounts and activities of renting and opening bank accounts; strengthening international and interdisciplinary cooperation; strengthening training and fostering to improve the qualifications of cadres and civil servants to meet the requirements set forth in the new situation...
