The Vietnam Road Administration, road payment service providers and relevant agencies are continuing to strengthen communication work to accelerate the connection of traffic accounts with non-cash payment means of vehicle owners according to the provisions of the Decree.

Connecting transport accounts with cashless payment methods is easy.
The Vietnam Road Administration has issued a document directing BOT project investors/enterprises to coordinate with road payment service providers to arrange staff on duty at the station 24/7 to support and guide vehicle owners in connecting their traffic accounts with non-cash payment methods.
At the same time, continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to remove difficulties and obstacles, creating convenience for vehicle owners in connecting transport accounts with non-cash payment methods.
Through the experience of successfully implementing the non-stop electronic toll collection system before, the initial implementation phase also encountered many difficulties and problems such as card pasting, top-up, service use, etc.
However, with the active and effective participation of authorities, news agencies, newspapers, service providers and especially the consensus and support of the people, up to now the non-stop electronic toll collection system has brought about socio -economic efficiency, created convenience for vehicle owners, and reduced traffic congestion at toll stations.
“We hope to continue to receive support and companionship from agencies, units and vehicle owners so that the connection of traffic accounts with non-cash payment means can be successfully implemented on schedule,” said the Department of Roads.
The Vietnam Road Administration recommends that vehicle owners continue to cooperate to connect their transport accounts and non-cash payment means. Registration of non-cash payment means and linking to transport accounts is only done on the vehicle owners' current applications (no need to install new applications).
