Applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on cadre training in political theory education

That was the theme of the Scientific Seminar organized by the Provincial Political School on November 22. This is one of the activities towards the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Thai Nguyen province (January 1, 1964 - January 1, 2024) and the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit and speech at the Provincial Party School, now the Provincial Political School (December 31, 1963 - December 31, 2023).

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to personnel work. From his theoretical and practical research, he left behind a comprehensive and profound system of viewpoints on personnel training, which has a guiding meaning for the process of training and fostering cadres of the Party and State through the periods.

Through many presentations, the Workshop focused on research to assess the current situation, propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought on training cadres in political theory education. Thereby, continuing to build a team of cadres and party members who are truly pioneers, exemplary, with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige equal to the task, promoting the will of self-reliance, self-improvement and aspirations towards the goal of building Thai Nguyen into one of the modern industrial economic centers of the Northern midland and mountainous region and the Hanoi capital region by 2030, associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Party Central Committee (term XI, XII, XIII).

The workshop was organized to raise awareness and actions of cadres and party members in promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the political tasks of each agency, unit and locality...
