Attending at Hai Duong bridge was comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Trial operation session with simulated scenarios of the activities of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and Public Administration Service Center at the commune level when completing the district-level administrative unit, arranging the commune-level administrative unit, and organizing 2-level local government.
After monitoring the second trial operation, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung highly appreciated the thoughtful and thorough preparation in the second trial operation of 114 communes, wards and special zones. At the same time, he suggested improving the quality of transmission lines, sound and light to serve online connection from the city to the bridge points of communes, wards and special zones.
Speaking about the experience gained after the trial operation, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong acknowledged the efforts of the departments, branches, units and localities of the two provinces and cities in preparing for the trial operation. At the same time, he emphasized that Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city coordinated well and proactively implemented tasks to prepare for the new administrative unit to come into operation.
The Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee noted that the official time for operation is approaching, while there are still many important tasks to be completed; the Vice Chairman requested relevant agencies and units to strengthen coordination and complete related processes, systems and software. Communes and wards need to learn from experience and promptly complete their tasks. Localities should pay attention to renovating and repairing the facilities of the Public Administration Service Center.
Regarding the announcement and disclosure of administrative procedures, the Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee requested to update as soon as administrative procedures are announced by ministries and branches and to focus on implementing non-territorial administrative procedures. The Department of Science and Technology of Hai Phong City coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong Province to unify, coordinate, synthesize and publish the list of shared software when merging. The Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee affirmed that the trial operation has helped officials and civil servants get acquainted with the new model; discovered obstacles and shortcomings to complete and improve the process./.
