PROACTIVELY PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE TASKS

In 2023, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of advisory and comprehensive tasks in various fields; coordinating and advising the Party Committee to concretize and implement directives from the Central and Provincial levels through resolutions, action programs, and specific plans, in accordance with the local conditions, ensuring timeliness, quality, and meeting the requirements of leadership and direction from the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board.

In particular, the Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with Party committees, departments, and agencies to finalize the Report summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26 on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020; advised the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the Politburo , and the Central Party Secretariat to issue and implement Resolution No. 39 on building and developing Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045; the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 39; and the mid-term review report on the implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Permanent Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to promptly issue documents leading and directing the implementation of tasks related to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security; and the work of Party building and the political system.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has also proactively carried out its professional duties effectively according to its functions, tasks, and plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. It has coordinated in advising on the dissemination, preliminary review, and final summary of resolutions, directives, and conclusions... of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office has led the successful implementation of administrative reform, digital transformation, and the strict adherence to grassroots democracy regulations; combating corruption and negative practices; ensuring security and safety within the agency and its units; and paying attention to leading the building of Party organizations and the political system.

Focus on directing and organizing activities, creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere in work, and improving the material and spiritual lives of cadres, civil servants, and employees. Effectively implement personnel management, emulation, and reward programs.

At the conference, representatives from specialized departments of the Provincial Party Committee Office focused on evaluating achievements; sharing lessons learned; analyzing and discussing shortcomings and limitations; and proposing solutions to overcome them.

CONTINUE TO PERFORM THE FUNCTION OF PROVIDING ADVICE AND SUPPORT.

For 2024, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office unanimously agreed to continue leading the effective implementation of its advisory and support functions for the Provincial Party Committee, directly assisting the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in organizing and managing leadership and guidance work.

Coordinate the consultation and evaluation of programs and projects on socio-economic development, national defense, security, Party building, and the political system, submitting them to the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Executive Committee.

Continue to effectively implement the "Study and follow the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh " campaign, in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (12th term). Lead and organize the quality implementation of inspection and supervision work by the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Continue to innovate in leadership and guidance methods, work style, and administrative reform in all work activities, focusing on improving capacity, skills, and professionalizing specialized and professional advisory and support functions for the Party committee.

Directing specialized departments to effectively perform their functions and tasks in advising and serving the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board in all aspects of general advisory work, finance, management, administration, document management, archiving, cryptography, information technology, etc.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office - emphasized that the time from now until the Lunar New Year is very short. The task of the Provincial Party Committee Office is to carefully prepare for the December meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; the collective and individual review meetings of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; the conference summarizing Party building work in 2023; the conference summarizing Party work of the Provincial Party Committee's departments and offices in 2023; and activities during the Lunar New Year holiday.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded Certificates of Commendation to 1 Party branch that met the standards for outstanding performance and 5 Party members who met the standards for outstanding performance in 2023; the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded Certificates of Commendation to 1 collective and 11 individuals who outstandingly completed their tasks in 2023.
