That is the theme of the 2024 Art Performance for Workers, Civil Servants, and Laborers organized by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) for two days (August 9 and 10) at the Viet Bac Folk Song and Dance Theater ( Thai Nguyen City). Attending the event were comrade Duong Van Tien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

The Festival has nearly 1,000 non-professional actors who are union members from 23 units including the Labor Federations of districts and cities; industry unions; affiliated grassroots unions; and unions of central units in the area.
More than 80 unique singing and dancing performances praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, the innovation of the homeland and country, praising the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization... were staged and performed by non-professional actors, bringing the audience many emotions.

At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 88 prizes in various categories; including 22 group prizes. The Special Group Prize was awarded to the Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union and the Samsung Electronics Vietnam - Thai Nguyen Company Limited.
The festival creates a useful and healthy playground, contributing to improving the spiritual life of cadres, civil servants and workers. This is an activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024), to welcome the success of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Thai Nguyen province, to celebrate the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.
