Huong Lap Border Guard Station (Quang Tri Border Guard) is assigned to manage and protect a nearly 29 km long border section with 16 border markers and 5 border identification posts in Huong Viet and Huong Lap communes (Huong Hoa district). These are two border communes with many economic difficulties, inconvenient transportation, and the people here are mainly Van Kieu people.
