Huong Lap Border Post (Quang Tri Border Guard) is assigned to manage and protect a nearly 29 km long border section with 16 border markers and 5 border identification posts in Huong Viet and Huong Lap communes (Huong Hoa district). These are 2 border communes with many economic difficulties, inconvenient transportation, and the people here are mainly Van Kieu people.
