Veron Group signed with Bac Lieu Department of Science and Technology and Bac Lieu University on promoting digital transformation, AI and Semiconductor Technology.
Within the framework of the Bac Lieu Province Investment Promotion Conference, VERON Group Technology Joint Stock Company officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Science and Technology of Bac Lieu Province and Bac Lieu University.
The event took place in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, leaders of agencies, businesses and technology experts.
The cooperation agreement between VERON Group and the Department of Science and Technology of Bac Lieu province focuses on: Promoting the application of AI, IoT, and semiconductor technology in the province's socio-economic fields.
Develop digital platforms for management, administration, monitoring and data-based decision making. Train and improve digital capacity for officials, businesses and workers in the province. Support innovative startups in the technology sector.
In particular, VERON Group sponsored a digital transformation training program for Bac Lieu province leaders worth 4 billion VND, to improve management capacity and promote the digitalization process in the government system.
At Bac Lieu University, Veron Group also signed a memorandum of understanding on training high-quality human resources in the fields of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors and IoT.
The main cooperation contents include: Developing training programs according to international standards, providing in-depth courses for students and lecturers. Supporting scientific research & technology transfer, building IoT Labs at Bac Lieu University.
Co-organize seminars, scientific events and technology start-up activities. Training certification & career opportunities, helping students have a competitive advantage in the labor market.
In order to support research, teaching and technology application in agriculture, VERON Group has sponsored Bac Lieu University with an IoT Labs laboratory worth 3 billion VND.
This will be an experimental research center to help students access new technology and apply it to smart agricultural production.
VERON Group introduces advanced technologies at the event
Within the framework of the conference, VERON Group displayed developing products and technologies, including: AI Camera - Advanced facial recognition technology, applied in security and surveillance.
Smart health monitoring system – Non-invasive biological index monitoring solution, supporting early warning of health problems. Products in the smart birdhouse system – Solution to optimize birdhouse costs.
