On August 20, the Organizing Committee of Miss Multicultural Vietnam, approved by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports under Document No. 3299/SVHTT-QLNT, held a press conference.

The contest is also the official selection round to find a Vietnamese representative to attend Miss Multicultural World.

Sharing about the organization's goals, Miss Phan Kim Oanh emphasized: "Miss Culture Vietnam does not only stop at honoring physical beauty but also opens a journey to spread national cultural values. The contest is a gathering place for modern Vietnamese girls who are brave, intelligent and proud of their national identity."

According to Miss Phan Kim Oanh, in the context of international integration, preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural identity has become urgent. Miss Culture Vietnam was born to seek out models of women who are both modern and knowledgeable about and respect traditional values. Not only is it a beauty contest, it is also a place to honor the beauty of Vietnamese culture from costumes, language, cuisine to customs and rituals, contributing to affirming Vietnam's position on the world cultural map.

Held for the first time, the contest is expected to become a memorable milestone in the journey of promoting Vietnamese culture. The final night of Miss Culture Vietnam 2025 will take place on November 23, 2025 at Ho Guom Theater, Hanoi .

Due to the cultural symbolism of the location, the organizers did not hold a bikini competition in the final but instead included a separate sub-competition to select the title of Miss Body.

The judges of the contest include: Miss Phan Kim Oanh (Head of the Jury), People's Artist Nguyen Hai, People's Artist Trung Hieu, People's Artist Tran Nhuong, Meritorious Artist Tien Quang, Miss Vu Thi Hoa, Miss Nguyen Thi Thua, Miss Nguyen Thi Huyen, Miss Sao Mai, actress Thanh Huong.

Regarding inviting many stage and film artists to be judges, Miss Phan Kim Oanh explained: "Artists have a deep insight into the values ​​of truth - goodness - beauty. They not only evaluate beauty but also recognize the contestants' intelligence, confidence and charisma."

Meritorious Artist Quang Teo also affirmed: "A beauty queen must have intelligence in addition to beauty. And intelligence cannot be acted."

People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, consultant for the contest, said that the difference between Miss Culture Vietnam and other contests lies in the fact that contestants must demonstrate the identity of 54 ethnic groups and 34 provinces and cities, thereby spreading national pride and honoring the beauty and diversity of Vietnamese culture.

The organizers hope that the contest will not only find worthy beauties but also inspire the younger generation to love, understand and preserve Vietnamese culture. The crowned beauty queen will become a cultural ambassador, a link between the past and the present, contributing to bringing Vietnamese values ​​to the international level.
