The 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress oriented many key tasks to make Thanh Hoa a new growth pole of the North Central region in the era of national growth.
The Congress also identified five development perspectives, eight key tasks, three breakthroughs and 32 targets on economy , culture - society, environment, national defense, security and Party building.
