[Video] 3,600 sets of textbooks will be provided to students in Thai Nguyen

The Ministry of Education and Training said it is coordinating with publishers to soon provide 3,600 missing textbooks to students in Thai Nguyen province.

The recent storm No. 11 and floods caused heavy damage to many localities in Thai Nguyen province, including damaging more than 11,600 sets of textbooks, 55,000 notebooks and 5,000 sets of school supplies.

Minister Nguyen Kim Son has requested an urgent review and support for additional books, notebooks, and learning equipment, ensuring that all students have the conditions to attend class and that no student has to miss school due to lack of books.

Thai Nguyen education sector is also mobilizing social resources and coordinating with organizations and individuals to promptly support and help students in affected areas stabilize their studies soon.
