In the spirit of mutual support and solidarity with the community in the face of damage caused by natural disasters such as storms and floods, Vikki Digital Bank is launching a preferential credit package of up to 10,000 billion VND to support corporate and individual customers in affected provinces and cities to quickly restore production and business activities and stabilize their lives.

The program runs from now until March 31, 2026, with flexible loan terms of up to 6 months and financing limits up to 100% of capital needs. Through this support package, Vikki hopes to help customers easily supplement necessary capital, reduce financial pressure, and maintain operations during this challenging period.

Accordingly, Vikki applies a special preferential interest rate policy for each customer group. Specifically, the offer for Corporate Customers includes: a reduction of up to 1.5%/year on new loans; a reduction of up to 1.0%/year on new loans for new customers; and a reduction of up to 0.5%/year on outstanding loans.

In addition, Vikki will waive all domestic money transfer fees for corporate customers facing difficulties due to storms and floods, including internal transfers, interbank transfers, and order verification and cancellation services. Furthermore, businesses will receive free access to all e-banking service packages (Basic, Silver, Gold), etc.
