Motech’s service workshops in the Philippines will meet VinFast’s standards in terms of facilities, machinery, equipment and human resources, while giving priority to providing genuine services and spare parts to VinFast car owners. This will contribute to bringing maximum convenience and peace of mind to customers.

During the cooperation process, VinFast will support personnel training and technical consulting to help Motech quickly expand its authorized service workshop system, especially in the context of the number of VinFast electric vehicles delivered in the Philippines expected to grow strongly.

Motech currently owns a chain of auto service centers with diverse models and scales of operation with hundreds of facilities in the Philippines, spreading from the northern Philippine archipelago of Tuguegarao, down to major cities in the capital Manila, to Mindanao island in the south.

In addition, the two sides will also actively discuss business cooperation opportunities, information sharing and marketing activities related to after-sales services for electric vehicles in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Johann Rommel Naguiat, President and CEO of Motech Automotive Philippines, shared: "Motech is excited about the opportunity to become an authorized service provider for VinFast electric vehicles in the Philippines. We believe in VinFast's growth potential in Southeast Asia.

Together, Motech and VinFast aim to provide consumers with a great experience and boost the ever-growing electric vehicle market. For the first time in the Philippines, the cooperation agreement between VinFast and Motech will address concerns about driving range and service, making it easier for Filipinos to adopt electric vehicles. With Motech’s extensive network of stores, VinFast customers can rest assured that their cars will be well taken care of wherever they are.”

Mr. Pham Sanh Chau, General Director of VinFast Asia, said: "With Motech's position, experience and extensive service workshop network, we wish to bring maximum peace of mind and satisfaction to Philippine customers, adhering to VinFast's three business pillars: good cars, good prices, good after-sales policies. We believe that with this cooperation, owning and using electric vehicles will become increasingly easier and smoother, creating maximum conditions for customers to participate in the green transportation revolution taking place globally."

Since officially entering the Philippine market in 2024, along with launching green and smart car models, VinFast has affirmed its long-term commitment to the market through attractive sales policies and a constantly expanding after-sales network.

Through cooperation with leading after-sales partners, VinFast not only optimizes business operations in the Philippines, but also enhances brand awareness, affirming the "Customer-centric" philosophy throughout the global expansion process.
