Vingroup is the investor of an urban area worth over 41,000 billion VND in Bac Ninh.

This information is stated in the decision approving the selection of investors of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province on May 15. The approved consortium includes Vingroup Corporation, Thanh Binh Trade Development Investment Consulting Company Limited, New Life Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited, and Phu Tho Land Joint Stock Company.

This urban area has an area of ​​nearly 270 hectares located in Hoa Long ward, Bac Ninh city. The total investment capital of the project is more than 41,270 billion VND.

Vingroup's consortium will carry out the project for 7 years. The first year will be for implementing, appraising and approving the 1/500 detailed planning and project feasibility study report.

According to the plan, this urban area will have about 60 hectares of land for housing construction, including 38.1 hectares of low-rise housing, 9.5 hectares of social housing, and about 111 hectares of mixed housing and service land. In addition, the project will also have cultural, medical,educational , commercial and service facilities...

As one of the industrial capitals of the North, Bac Ninh has the advantage of being located in the key economic triangle of Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh and is the northeastern gateway of the capital.

In recent years, this province has also been among the suburban markets that have developed many real estate segments such as housing, urban areas, and industrial parks in recent times. Last month, a member company of Phu My Hung also launched an urban area project with a total capital of about VND27,000 billion in Thuan Thanh town.

Transport infrastructure in Bac Ninh is also changing positively, notably with Gia Binh International Airport, which was built at the end of last year. The route connecting this airport to the capital is 35 km long, 120 m wide, with a total estimated investment of VND71,150 billion, and has also been proposed by Hanoi City for implementation.

In Gia Binh district, Vingroup has also proposed to invest in an urban area project with a scale of nearly 6,000 hectares. On May 14, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to consider the above proposal of Vingroup.
