Vingroup establishes a robotics development company.

VinRobotics aims to contribute to improving production efficiency and optimizing processes in industrial, service, and daily life sectors.

On November 20, 2024, Vingroup officially announced the establishment of VinRobotics Research, Development and Application Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND 1,000 billion.

According to a new resolution approved by the Board of Directors of Vingroup, VinRobotics will have a charter capital of 1,000 billion VND.

In this structure, Vingroup holds 51% of the shares, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong contributes 39%, and Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang each hold 5%. Mr. Ngo Quoc Hung serves as the General Director of VinRobotics.

VinRobotics operates in the fields of research, development, and transfer of advanced technologies, especially automation solutions, industrial robots, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The company specializes in manufacturing and integrating intelligent robotics and robotics products, aiming to provide solutions that optimize production processes and improve work efficiency in industrial, service, and everyday life sectors.
