Vinh Long summarizes the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity for the 2020-2025 term

On the afternoon of November 21, Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity for the 2020-2025 term. The conference comprehensively assessed the results achieved in the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity during the 13th Party Congress term, pointed out the limitations and causes in the 2020-2025 term and identified key tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference also discussed and shared good practices and effective models, and proposed feasible solutions that were appropriate to the situation of each locality and unit.

During the past term, the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity in Vinh Long province has achieved many outstanding, comprehensive and substantive results.

Awareness and responsibility of Party committees, leaders, cadres and Party members have been significantly improved. Mechanisms and policies continue to be improved, contributing to overcoming formalities, loopholes and overlaps in management, and strengthening discipline and order. Inspection, supervision, investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments are carried out regularly, strictly, resolutely and in accordance with the law, with "no forbidden zones and no exceptions".
