VN-Index increased by more than 14 points, real estate stocks hit the ceiling

At the end of the trading session on September 20, VN-Index reached 1,226.11, up 14.61 points, with a trading volume of 878,031 million shares.

The group of pillar stocks had different developments but most of them increased: VHM increased by 1.35 points, equivalent to 2.74%, closing price of 50.5 thousand VND/share. VIC shares increased by 1.8 points (3.48%). VIX increased by 0.95 (5.05%), closing price of 19.6 thousand VND/share.

The real estate sector recorded a strong recovery today. BCM of the Industrial Development and Investment Corporation increased by 2 points, equivalent to 2.94%, closing at VND69,100/share (reference price VND68,000/share). The total trading volume reached 261,000 shares.

BVL code increased by 1.4 points, equivalent to 8.7%, the closing price at the end of the day was 15.2 thousand VND/share, recorded below the reference level (16.10 thousand VND/share),

CEO shares rose 1.4 points, or 5.58%.

HUD2 code also increased by 2 points, equivalent to 6.9%.

HDC of Ba Ria Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company closed at 35,800 VND/share, up 2.3 points, equivalent to 6.87%.

KBC and KDH stocks both recorded an increase of over 1 point.

LSG code of Saigon Vina Real Estate recorded a purple ceiling session with a closing price of 13 thousand VND/share. Total trading orders reached 119,200 million.

Novaland shares also hit the ceiling at 18.50 thousand VND/share, with no sellers.

PTL of Victory Capital Joint Stock Company hit the ceiling with a closing price of VND 5,710/share, up 0.37 points (6.93%), no selling transactions recorded.

The performance of plastic industry stocks recorded a strong increase in BMP (Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company), with +2.9 points, equivalent to 3.33%. The closing price of BMP was 90 thousand VND/share.

CMS (CMH Vietnam Group Corporation) continues to record a purple ceiling with a recent surge. In today's session, CMS closed the day at 34,700 VND/share, up 3.1 points, equivalent to 9.81%.

Meanwhile, the banking group recorded a slight increase. ABB increased by 0.20 points, closing price at 8.8 thousand VND/share.

EIB - Stock code of Vietnam Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank - recorded an increase of 0.5 points (2.17%), closing the session at 23,350 VND/share.

OCB increased 0.55 points (3.94%), closing price 14.35 thousand VND/share.
