VPUB – Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do inspected the progress of some key projects

Dienbien.gov.vn – On the morning of April 19, comrades: Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Pham Duc Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, together with representatives of a number of provincial departments, branches and the City People's Committee inspected a number of key projects serving the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do and the working delegation inspected the Investment Project for Construction of Multi-Disaster Management Works in the Nam Rom River Basin.

When inspecting the Provincial Stadium Renovation and Upgrade Project, according to the report of the construction unit, the progress has been completed. However, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to urgently add and install more mobile toilets at some necessary locations; increase garbage collection bins; misting system; festive decorations, flagpoles, medal podiums, carpets, etc.

For the Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu Primary School Project, due to the extremely urgent requirements in terms of progress compared to other projects, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the construction work be completed by April 23 to focus on cleaning and tidying up, ensuring readiness for the Inauguration Ceremony. This includes the renovation of the school grounds and landscape; installation of equipment and machinery in some functional rooms, classrooms, and multi-purpose halls for visitors after the Inauguration Ceremony.

Comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu Primary School Project.

Checking the construction progress of the Provincial Guest House Project, comrade Le Thanh Do acknowledged and highly appreciated the quality of the rooms; especially the VIP rooms, which can ensure the reception of high-ranking leaders; encouraged the contractor to make the greatest efforts, try to race against time, focus on prioritizing the completion of all equipment from the 5th floor down, the living room area, reception, dining room, hallway and exterior appearance and landscape. Strive to put into industrial cleaning on April 25 and complete to welcome guests by April 30.

Also this morning, the working delegation inspected the following projects: 10.5m road (section connecting the stadium's side gate to Vo Nguyen Giap Street; 27m road and 13m road; Provincial Tax Department intersection to Ta Leng commune; Provincial Guest House; Hoang Van Thai road (section from the Provincial Court to Vo Nguyen Giap Street); Nguyen Huu Tho road (section from the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap Street - A1 Bridge - Tran Dang Ninh Street); Muong Thanh Bridge lighting system installation project; Investment project to build the project "Multi-disaster management of Nam Rom river basin to protect people's lives, adapt to climate change and develop socio-economy, Dien Bien province"./.
