The program is produced by the Science and Education Department, with the support of the Ministry of Health , and is broadcast from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. daily on VTV1 channel.

VTV Live Healthy wishes to become a trusted companion on the people's daily health care journey. The program brings useful knowledge, official information from the Ministry of Health, practical advice from leading doctors and inspirational stories.
“VTV Live Healthy – Stay Healthy to Live Happy” is not only the message throughout the program, but also a call to contribute to raising awareness, changing behavior and spreading a healthy-humane- scientific lifestyle in the community.

It is known that each broadcast of VTV Live Healthy is structured into diverse sections, including: domestic and international medical information; in-depth content on a health issue; "Doctor" with advice from the studio of experts and leading doctors; besides that is "Medical Arms" section connecting difficult patient circumstances to kind hearts, thereby spreading the spirit of mutual love, arousing community awareness in protecting health in a humane way.
In particular, each VTV Healthy Living program will provide in-depth and comprehensive information on health topics that are of interest to the community: disease prevention and control, non-communicable diseases, cancer prevention and treatment, nutrition for Vietnamese people, health care for the elderly, updated health policies and new medical technologies...

VTV Healthy Life also develops a series of clips instructing basic medical skills, first aid skills, and accident prevention in daily life, to equip people with basic knowledge.
In addition to broadcasting on VTV1, the program is also broadcast on VTV's digital platforms to increase interactivity and reach a diverse audience, as well as maintain a hotline to receive medical questions.
