(Dan Tri Newspaper) – For the first time, the leaders of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company – the investor of 3 projects in Quang Nam province that owe people 1,000 land ownership certificates – appeared before customers and committed to the progress of these projects.

Recently, the leaders of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, the investor of three projects: Bach Dat, Hera Complex Riverside, and the 7B expansion project in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Urban Area, Dien Ban town, met with customers to inform them about the project progress. This was the first time since 2018 that the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the company appeared before customers.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Man, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, pledged that the completion progress of the three aforementioned projects will be ahead of schedule as required by the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, the Bach Dat project, commercially known as Eco Future Park, will complete infrastructure on the allocated land area in April and is expected to receive land ownership certificates in the second quarter.

Phase 1 of the Hera Complex project, covering over 8 hectares, will have its infrastructure completed in August, two months ahead of the deadline set by the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee. Phase 2, covering over 10 hectares, will be completed in December.

Regarding the 7B expansion project, the investor will complete phase 1 in August. Phase 2, in which Gaia Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. is the investor, will depend on the fulfillment of this company's financial obligations.

Customer Phan Xuan Ran requested that the Quang Nam provincial authorities continue to monitor the legal representatives of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company to ensure the project progresses as committed.

Many land buyers continue to urge the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee to recover the money that Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau embezzled from Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, so that the investor can further accelerate the project's progress.

In particular, some customers have requested that the Quang Nam Provincial Police urgently investigate whether or not Mr. Nguyen Huu Vinh, husband of Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau, former Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, played a role in assisting and concealing embezzled assets at the time Ms. Chau committed the act of embezzling money by withdrawing cash advances from the company.

In 2017, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company signed a contract with Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company to distribute nearly 1,000 land plots in three urban area projects: 7B Expansion, Hera Complex Riverside, and Bach Dat 1. Subsequently, a dispute arose between the two companies, leading to legal action.

Courts at all levels have issued legally binding judgments, compelling Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company to continue fulfilling the land plot deposit and distribution contracts. However, the company has failed to comply with the judgments, violating its commitments regarding project completion deadlines and failing to fulfill its financial obligations.

The long-standing dispute has caused hardship for nearly 1,000 land buyers who are desperately trying to obtain land ownership certificates, sparking public outrage and impacting local security and order.
