Happy with the development of school football in Ho Chi Minh City

On the morning of May 23, the final round of Ho Chi Minh City school football ended successfully with 204 participating teams and 3,060 young players (2,060 boys, 400 girls).

This year's tournament brings together 22 district clusters and Thu Duc city to participate with 602 football teams and 257 schools (from December 2024 to March 2025).

The School Football Program for the 2024-2025 school year has been successfully implemented after 12 years of implementation, achieving positive results, receiving public support and appreciation.

The program has created excitement for students through football activities. In addition to improving health, football training alsoeducates students about social awareness and solidarity, receiving great support from parents and school principals.

The process of implementing the program has gradually built and fostered a love for the profession, and improved the professional football skills of a group of teachers to become the core force for developing the school football program in the following years.
