In the spirit of democratic and frank dialogue, in addition to listening to the responses to the opinions compiled in writing by agencies and units sent in advance, officers and soldiers of the units directly presented their thoughts, aspirations, proposals and recommendations on issues of concern and questions related to democracy in military, professional, political and economic life.

The opinions mainly focused on recommendations and proposals to the Party Committee and the Head of the Regional Command on measures to further improve the quality of training, build a regular system, manage and train discipline; build waiting rooms and increase bus routes to pick up and drop off soldiers on holidays and breaks; public housing... The opinions were satisfactorily answered by the Head of the Regional Command, competent agencies and leaders and commanders of agencies and units, receiving high consensus from officers and soldiers.

In his concluding remarks at the conferences, the Head of the Regional Command acknowledged and commended the Party committees and commanders at all levels for strictly implementing the principles of democratic centralism and grassroots democracy regulations; and taking good care of the material and spiritual lives of soldiers.

At the same time, agencies and units are required to continue to thoroughly grasp the situation and tasks. Cadres must always be close to their subordinates, build good solidarity and unity within the agency and unit, and successfully carry out all assigned tasks.
