Wacom has launched six new products, including two high-end models, the Cintiq Pro 17 and Cintiq Pro 22, along with four Wacom One product lines.
The Cintiq Pro 17 and Cintiq Pro 22 feature similar technology to the Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 released last year. In addition, the company introduced four new Wacom One products in two versions (two digital drawing tablets and two screen drawing tablets), complete with extended software and in-depth tutorials. A highlight of this product line is the customizable pen with seven different colors and multi-touch capabilities.
Both the Cintiq Pro 17 and Cintiq Pro 22 models feature a 3840 x 2160 (4K) touchscreen display capable of showing up to 1.07 billion colors, with 99% DCI-P3 and 95% Adobe RGB color gamut coverage. These are the most commonly and frequently used color specifications in video production, film, and television broadcasts.
Along with these two products is the customizable Pro Pen 3, allowing digital artists to change the pen size, button configuration, and weight based on their individual needs. Notably, the Pro Pen 3 supports 60-degree tilt detection and a 240-response rate per second, combined with a screen refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, resulting in near-zero latency and displaying changes almost instantly…
These two products have received Pantone SkinTone certification, meeting Pantone standards for accurately displaying the full range of human skin tones. Therefore, users may not need a second reference monitor for color calibration.
With the Wacom One product line, there are many options and customizations, including the Wacom One S and Wacom One M digital drawing tablets, or the Wacom One 12 and Wacom One 13 Touch tablets with screens.
The Wacom One 12 and Wacom One 13 Touch drawing tablets both feature screen sizes of 11.6 and 13.3 inches respectively, Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution with 99% sRGB color gamut and low positional error thanks to the screen's optical binding, enhancing control and accuracy. The Wacom One S and M are two drawing tablets designed for beginners, featuring 4K pressure sensitivity and tilt sensitivity, supporting calligraphy effects.
All six new products belong to different price segments. The four Wacom One products range from 2.5 million VND to 15.7 million VND. The two Wacom Cintiq Pro lines are priced at 66.42 million VND for the 17-inch model and 79.7 million VND for the 22-inch model, excluding the included stand.
