At the regional sports festival, Ly The Vinh excellently brought home a gold medal for the Vietnamese delegation in the 3-cushion carom billiards event. This is the first prestigious medal that Vietnamese billiards has won at the SEA Games arena. Recently, this veteran player has been in quite good form.
