Many traffic and irrigation works were seriously damaged: National Highway 4A section through Ta Cap hamlet was eroded, causing traffic jams; at Na Tinh section, the road was broken; many flooded roads such as the inter-hamlet road Ngoc Sy - Lung Ty, Highway 204 at Ban Rich section are currently impassable.
Faced with the above situation, the Commune People's Committee and the Commune Civil Defense, Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue Command have directed and coordinated with the police, military and border guards to support people in moving their properties and evacuating from dangerous areas. At the same time, mobilize human resources, materials and means on the spot to overcome the initial consequences, reinforce houses, auxiliary works and livestock barns to minimize damage.
