Recently, the People's Committee of Cua Viet commune has organized propaganda, mobilization, reminders, and requests for traders at the Tan Loi spontaneous market to sign commitments to comply with legal regulations on traffic safety and urban order. However, the traders continue to conduct their business and hold spontaneous markets, encroaching on the road and sidewalks, causing public disorder and urban disorder; posing a potential risk of traffic accidents. Furthermore, business activities at the spontaneous market also negatively impact environmental hygiene, urban aesthetics, and public health.

In response to this situation, the People's Committee of Cua Viet commune issued Notice No. 1585/TB-UBND regarding the termination of trading activities at the Tan Loi spontaneous market and its relocation to the Cua Viet market.
Accordingly, Cua Viet commune requires all traders currently doing business at the Tan Loi makeshift market to cease all business activities there; not to organize makeshift markets; and not to encroach on the road or sidewalk for business in any form. Traders are responsible for relocating to Cua Viet market for stable business operations. Those who intentionally violate these regulations will be severely punished according to the law.
To date, the business activities of small traders at the Tan Loi makeshift market have completely ceased. This has restored "clear roads and sidewalks" to the intersection of Nguyen Luong Bang Street and National Highway 9 (in the area of Hai Loc and Tan Loi villages).
