Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of the commune, said that the model was established to raise awareness among women members and the people in proactively taking care of their own and their families' health, combining traditional and modern medicine. At the same time, it creates conditions for people, especially women, children, and the elderly, to access primary healthcare services conveniently, promptly, and completely free of charge. This is also a practical activity contributing to the effective implementation of social welfare work, caring for the material and spiritual lives of the people.

Immediately after the launch ceremony, the Women's Union of Dai Phuoc commune, in coordination with the Youth Union, the Veterans Association, and medical staff, organized visits to and provided health check-ups for 10 families receiving preferential treatment; they also presented 10 gifts to these families, each gift worth 600,000 VND.
