Ea Phe Commune: Total budget revenue in 9 months reached 70.8% of the 2025 plan

On the morning of October 3, the Ea Phe Commune Party Committee held the 2nd expanded Party Executive Committee Conference to quickly announce the results of the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; summarize and draw experience from the organization of the 1st Commune Party Congress; review the work of the 3rd quarter, deploy directions and tasks for the 4th quarter of 2025.

In the third quarter, despite facing some difficulties after merging administrative units, the socio -economic situation of Ea Phe commune continued to develop stably, achieving many positive results.

By the end of the third quarter, the total value of products of the whole industry in the commune was estimated at nearly 2.9 trillion VND (equal to 66.7% of the yearly plan, ensuring a growth rate of 9.1% over the same period last year). The economic structure shifted positively, in which the value of products of the agricultural, forestry, fishery and aquaculture sectors increased by 9.4%; industry and construction increased by 8.5%; trade and services increased by 9% over the same period. Total state budget revenue was estimated at nearly 160 billion VND (equal to 70.8% of the plan).

The socio-cultural sectors continued to make important strides. The education and training sector maintained a rate of mobilizing students to attend classes at the right age at over 99%, with 14/17 schools meeting national standards.

Social security work received special attention. During the quarter, 407 gifts worth 152 million VND were given to people in difficult circumstances.

One of the highlights is administrative reform and digital transformation. From July 1 to September 10, 2025, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 2,877 records, with the rate of early and on-time settlement reaching 99.52%. In particular, the commune successfully launched the "Digital Education for All" movement and deployed the "Digital Market - Digital Rural Area" model, contributing to improving people's satisfaction.

The work of building the Party and the political system was carried out synchronously. During the quarter, the Commune Party Committee admitted 9 new Party members and successfully organized the Party Badge Awarding Ceremony on September 2 for 6 Party members.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council Tran Van Tuyen requested departments, branches, villages and hamlets to focus on removing difficulties to complete the targets in the fourth quarter of 2025.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on key groups of tasks: synchronously and effectively organizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress, associated with the political tasks of 2025; accelerating the implementation of socio-economic targets, striving to complete the annual plan, focusing on budget collection, new rural construction and sustainable poverty reduction; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation, considering this an urgent task to improve management and operation efficiency.
