As a mountainous district with many difficulties, along with the State budget invested in education , Bac Yen district has promoted socialization to improve facilities and equipment for teaching and learning, meeting the learning needs of children of ethnic groups in the area.

Every year, educational units and schools have developed plans for educational socialization in accordance with the actual conditions of each locality; mobilized resources from organizations and individuals to build infrastructure, classrooms, and equipment for teaching and learning. The reception, management, monitoring, and use of socialized resources are carried out publicly and transparently.
Mr. Nguyen Van Ha, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Yen district, said: The whole district has 42 affiliated schools, with more than 20,000 students. From 2022 to now, the whole sector has mobilized more than 3 billion VND from philanthropists, businesses, and charitable organizations to support and invest in facilities, build schools, classrooms, and equip students with learning materials and personal items at schools and school locations. Along with that, the "Nuoi em Moc Chau" project of the Provincial Police Youth Union was deployed at 22 locations of 10 kindergartens in the district, with more than 1,200 students benefiting, with a total value of 1.7 billion VND to support lunch for preschool children.
Among the supported projects, the most prominent is the Chim Van Primary School boarding house invested in and built by the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the LOAN Stiftung Fund. The project has a scale of 4 rooms, an area of 90 m2, with a total cost of over 461 million VND. Teacher Nguyen Van Thanh, Principal of the school, said: Thanks to the contributions of philanthropists, groups, individuals, and businesses, the school has been able to complete its facilities; improve the quality of education and complete the criteria to meet national standards at level 1.

At Ta Xua Primary and Secondary School, the volunteer group "Fulfilling Dreams" has supported 100 million VND to build a "Green Library" model on the school campus, with an area of over 50 m², with bookshelves classified by category, such as: Textbooks, reference books, comics, newspapers, magazines. The project is expected to be inaugurated and put into use on the occasion of the opening of the new school year, serving the reading and learning needs of students. Teacher Le Van Hoa, Principal of Ta Xua Primary and Secondary School, excitedly said: The "Green Library" model helps to form a reading culture in schools, arouse a love of reading, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of students in the highlands. At the same time, it helps students gain more knowledge, improve their Vietnamese language, and confidently strive to excel in their studies.
The effectiveness of socialized education activities in Bac Yen has created positive changes in facilities, schools and classrooms are increasingly spacious, teaching and learning have improved, contributing to improving the quality of education in mountainous areas. Every year, the rate of mobilizing preschool children to attend class is 98.3%; 100% of 5-year-old preschool children complete the preschool education program; 100% of 6-year-old children enter grade 1. In the 2022-2023 school year, the whole district has 27 grade 9 students achieving the title of excellent students at the provincial level; 3 groups and 1 individual were recognized as winning provincial prizes at the Toy Creation Contest; Science and Technology Contest...
Before the 2023-2024 school year, the facilities of schools in Bac Yen district continue to be invested in solidly and spaciously; the whole district has 22 schools meeting national standards; functional rooms, subject rooms, dormitories for students, public rooms for teachers, libraries, and semi-boarding kitchens are built to basically meet the living and studying needs of teachers and students, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education in the area.
