Hong Van commune has issued nearly 14,000 land reclamation notices.

As of May 26th, in an effort to race against time to clear the land for the Hanoi International Sports City Project, Hong Van commune has issued 13,784 notices for 14,509 land parcels, reaching 95%, equivalent to an area of ​​432 hectares out of 597.9 hectares.

According to the report from the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hong Van Commune, land clearance for the Hanoi International Sports City project (Zone C) in the area has been and is being carried out with high concentration, mobilizing the entire political system to implement it synchronously and effectively. To date, the progress of the work has basically met the requirements.

In addition to issuing nearly 14,000 land acquisition notices within the project area, Hong Van commune has surveyed 9,963 land plots, of which 1,200 plots within the 120m road area have been handed over to the investor currently under construction.

At the same time, Hong Van commune has temporarily disbursed 630 billion VND, equivalent to 65 hectares, for the 120m road connecting Trong Dong Stadium and the renovation and upgrading of cemeteries to facilitate the relocation of graves.

According to Nguyen Quoc Viet, Deputy Director of the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hong Van commune, the unit aims to pay compensation and hand over 70% of the land by June 15th; and to basically complete the payment and handover of land to the investor by June 30th.
