Phu Ninh Commune received 164 project lists

Reporting at the meeting, the People's Committee of Phu Ninh commune said that there are 164 project categories included in the medium-term capital plan for the period of 2021 - 2025 in Phu Ninh commune after receiving all public investment plans of the pre-arranged communes (Tam Dai, Tam Dan, Tam Lanh) and the medium-term public investment plan for the period of 2021 - 2025 of the projects handed over from the specialized departments of the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district (old).

The total medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2021 - 2025 in Phu Ninh commune is more than 418.6 billion VND. As of June 30, 2025, the total allocated public investment capital in 2025 reached more than 30.8 billion VND/33.9 billion VND (including extended capital).

The Economic - Budget Committee of the People's Council of Phu Ninh commune requested the People's Committee of the commune to urgently speed up the construction progress of 17 unfinished projects that were received and handed over from 3 old communes.

These include urgent projects such as: construction of Binh Minh Kindergarten; roads in Trung Dan and Khanh Tan villages; resettlement areas for households at risk of landslides in Bong Mieu and Phuoc Bac villages...

The Commune People's Committee needs to have a plan to coordinate with relevant organizations to remove difficulties and obstacles in site clearance; disbursement of capital must be linked to the volume and quality of construction items, while ensuring progress according to the contract.

In addition, the Commune People's Committee needs to develop a roadmap and complete procedures for projects that have been accepted into use but have not yet approved final settlement (26 projects) and projects that have been approved for final settlement but have not yet completed payment (89 projects).
