Durian price today in Mekong Delta
In the Mekong Delta region, durian prices today saw a slight increase across most varieties. Thai VIP durian (exported to Taiwan) is priced at around 120,000 VND/kg, grade B at approximately 100,000 VND/kg, and grade C at around 65,000 – 70,000 VND/kg.
Thai durian, grade A, is traded at 90,000 – 95,000 VND/kg, grade B at 70,000 – 75,000 VND/kg, grade C at 40,000 VND/kg, while inferior Thai durian remains around 78,000 – 85,000 VND/kg.
Ri6 durian, grade A, is priced at 80,000 – 85,000 VND/kg at the warehouse, grade B at 62,000 – 70,000 VND/kg, and grade C at 40,000 – 50,000 VND/kg.
Notably, Musang King remained at 140,000 VND/kg, with substandard quality around 80,000 VND/kg, while Black Thorn peaked at 220,000 VND/kg – the highest price on the market currently.
Durian price today in Dak Lak
In Dak Lak, the price of VIP Thai durian ranges from 110,000 to 120,000 VND/kg for grade A, 95,000 to 100,000 VND/kg for grade B, and 70,000 to 75,000 VND/kg for grade C.
Thai durian, grade A, has slightly increased to 100,000 – 107,000 VND/kg, grade B to 80,000 – 87,000 VND/kg. Grade C prices are negotiable depending on quality. Defective Thai durian remains at 78,000 VND/kg.
For Ri6 durian, grade A is priced at 48,000 – 50,000 VND/kg, grade B at 30,000 – 33,000 VND/kg, substandard at around 25,000 VND/kg, and cream-colored Ri6 at 10,000 VND/kg.

Durian price today in Lam Dong
In Lam Dong, premium Thai durian ranges from 115,000 to 120,000 VND/kg, grade B at 100,000 VND/kg, and grade C at around 75,000 VND/kg. Regular Thai durian, grade A, costs 90,000-95,000 VND/kg, grade B at 70,000-75,000 VND/kg, and grade C at 35,000-37,000 VND/kg.
Ri6 durian, grade A, ranges from 44,000 to 49,000 VND/kg, grade B from 33,000 to 35,000 VND/kg, substandard from 20,000 to 32,000 VND/kg, and cream-colored Ri6 durian remains around 10,000 VND/kg.
The price of Musang King in this area remains at 65,000 VND/kg, significantly lower than in the Mekong Delta.
Durian price today in Binh Phuoc
In Binh Phuoc, Grade A Thai durian prices have increased slightly, ranging from 96,000 to 100,000 VND/kg; Grade B durian is priced from 76,000 to 84,000 VND/kg. Grade A Thai durian with defects reaches 80,000 to 85,000 VND/kg, depending on quality.
Ri6 durian, grade A, is trading at 42,000 – 50,000 VND/kg, grade B at 25,000 – 30,000 VND/kg, and grade C is subject to negotiation. Compared to the beginning of the month, prices have increased by 2,000 – 3,000 VND/kg at many purchasing warehouses.
Durian price today in Gia Lai
In Gia Lai, the price of VIP Thai durian grade A is at 110,000 - 120,000 VND/kg, an increase of about 2,000 VND compared to the previous day. The standard Thai, Ri6 and defective Ri6 varieties all increased by 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg.
Local supply has decreased due to many orchards reaching the end of their harvest season, causing traders to slightly push prices up to accumulate stock. Musang King and Black Thorn remain two premium varieties carefully selected by wholesalers, maintaining stable high prices.
Market Overview
Overall, durian prices today, October 12th, have increased slightly in most areas, especially for VIP Thai durian and Grade A Thai durian. Ri6 varieties and defective durians have also recovered slightly by 1,000 – 2,000 VND/kg.
Limited supply and stable export demand are the main reasons for keeping prices high. It is expected that durian prices will continue to increase next week if export orders to China and Taiwan are expanded.
