All 3 teams won tickets to continue, while CAHN was eliminated with only 1 point.

At the end of the group stage, 8 teams entered the quarterfinals including Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City Football Club, Nam Dinh (group A), SLNA, Hanoi (group B), PVF-CAND, The Cong and An Giang (group C).

The quarter-finals take place on September 22. Three matches kick off at 3:00 p.m., including SHB Da Nang vs. An Giang at Tan Hung Stadium, SLNA vs. Nam Dinh at Long Tam Stadium, and PVF-CAND vs. Hanoi at Ba Ria Stadium.
