U15 SLNA (middle) won convincingly

The first semi-final match of the tournament was a match between the two championship candidates Viettel and SLNA. The exciting score chase started in the 5th minute of the match. From a dangerous cross from the left wing, Quang Bao rushed in to score the opening goal for SLNA, before that a teammate headed the ball against the Viettel goal post. However, Viettel did not have to wait too long. Gia Hung crossed the ball very well for Hong Kien to head the ball back to restore balance for the army team in the 19th minute. But just seven minutes later, SLNA once again took the lead. From a corner kick by Phuc Ta, Nhat Sang headed the ball to increase the score to 2-1.

The first half ended without any more goals. In the second half, Viettel once again made things difficult for SLNA. In the 47th minute, Hoang Viet scored a goal from a penalty kick after he was fouled in the penalty area. But the rest of the second half was a time when SLNA played brilliantly. In just 10 minutes from the 66th to the 76th minute, SLNA scored three consecutive goals from Dong Thuc, Nhat Sang and Tan Dung to seal the 5-2 victory.

U15 PVF (right) deservedly entered the final

Semi-final 2 saw the confrontation between PVF and HAGL. Reaching the semi-finals was a success for the mountain town team, they played with a relaxed mentality. In the 13th minute, Hoang Khanh opened the score for PVF from a tricky free kick. HAGL tried hard but they continued to concede goals in the first half. In the 38th minute, Duy Khang raised the score to 2-0 for PVF after a successful penalty kick. A minute later, the Northern representative widened the gap to 3 goals after Anh Viet's long-range shot. The first half ended when Duy Dang headed to raise the score to 4-0.

The second half witnessed HAGL's tireless efforts. After conceding another goal in the 51st minute, coach Nguyen Minh Hai and his team rose up to attack strongly. They got 2 equalizers from Gia Bao and Sy Minh but had to accept defeat in the semi-finals.
