After completing the marriage registration procedures at the Giồng Riềng Commune Public Administrative Service Center, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nguyen and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Quyen lingered in a small corner decorated with fresh flowers and a sign that read "Happy Day" to take some commemorative photos. The photos were taken by the center's staff and sent to the young couple via phone. "At first, we only thought about getting the paperwork done, but we didn't expect them to have such a beautiful photo corner. The staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, so I felt very comfortable," Ms. Quyen said.

This small story is becoming a unique feature at the Giồng Riềng Commune Public Administrative Service Center. Beyond simply handling administrative procedures, the center aims to build an image of a friendly and approachable government through simple yet meaningful actions. According to Mr. Huỳnh Khai Sị, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Giồng Riềng Commune Public Administrative Service Center, the photo booth was created with the desire to bless and preserve the wedding moment of the couple and to create a comfortable atmosphere for citizens when they come to conduct business.
Mr. Huynh Khai Si said: "Learning from and following Uncle Ho begins with a dedicated and responsible attitude towards serving the people, listening to and sharing with them in even the smallest matters. People often think of administrative paperwork as just dry, boring documents, so the Party members of the branch want to create a sense of closeness so that people feel the friendliness of the officials and Party members when they come to the center to handle administrative procedures."
Beyond creating memorable photo spots, officials and Party members at the Giồng Riềng Commune Public Administrative Service Center proactively assist citizens in accessing online public services, creating electronic identity accounts, guiding cashless payments, and completing digital applications. For elderly people, those with mobility issues, or those unfamiliar with smartphones, center staff even visit their homes to assist in completing their applications.
Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Sau (67 years old), residing in Quang Man hamlet, Giong Rieng commune, was very hesitant to handle paperwork because she didn't know how to use a smartphone or perform operations in a digital environment. “Recently, when doing land procedures, the center's staff provided direct and attentive guidance, assisted with declarations, and helped me complete my application. Once, when I was missing documents, the staff called to guide me beforehand so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Elderly people appreciate this kind of support,” Ms. Sau said.
From the beginning of 2026 to the present, the Giồng Riềng Commune Public Administrative Service Center has received 2,673 applications, with a timely processing rate of over 99%. The rate of online applications and cashless payments is increasing, with online payments reaching 91.84%; many elderly people are gradually becoming familiar with using public services in the digital environment.
Nguyen Minh Trang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Giong Rieng commune, commented that the highlight of the commune's Public Administration Party Branch is its concrete implementation of learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example through actions close to the people, stemming from the people's actual needs. "Not only do they follow the correct procedures, but the officials also know how to share, support, and serve the people with a sense of responsibility. From taking photos to preserve memories to providing home-based public services to people in difficult circumstances, all demonstrate the spirit of learning from President Ho Chi Minh through concrete actions," said Mr. Nguyen Minh Trang.
