In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Kien Duc commune have strived to overcome difficulties and achieved many outstanding results in many fields. In 4 groups of fields with 20 targets, through assessment, 19/20 targets have met and exceeded the resolution.
The economy maintains a fairly high growth rate; technical infrastructure, especially rural infrastructure, is invested synchronously and gradually improved. The material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improving; average income per capita reaches 78 million VND/year...
The fields of culture, education, health, and social security continue to develop and are effectively implemented, creating solid trust among the people. 100% of schools meet national standards; the poverty rate has decreased to 1.48%; over 91% of the population participates in health insurance. National defense and security are ensured, maintaining political security and social order and safety.
Party building work has seen many clear changes, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the contingent of cadres and Party members have been enhanced. The entire Party Committee admitted 114 Party members; 94.7% of Party members fulfilled their tasks well; 90.7% of Party cells fulfilled their tasks well.
With the motto "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation, development", the 1st Congress of Kien Duc Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 determined to continue solidarity, unanimity, create new development space, determined to build Kien Duc commune strong in economy - culture, ensure national defense and security; firmly enter the era of national development. The Congress also identified 3 focuses and 3 breakthroughs to prioritize leadership and direction to successfully implement the 1st resolution.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, unity and the outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Kien Duc commune in the past term. After merging Kien Duc town and Kien Thanh, Nghia Thang and Dao Nghia communes, Kien Duc commune possesses many potentials and advantages for strong and sustainable development.
At the same time, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also pointed out 5 key tasks that the Kien Duc Commune Party Committee needs to prioritize in the 2025 - 2030 term. The Commune Party Committee needs to quickly stabilize the organizational structure, build solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee, create high consensus in society; promptly resolve incidents, ensure the legitimate rights of the people; take the people as the center, subject and goal of all activities, work based on the spirit of "being close to the people, understanding the people, caring for the people, learning from the people, being responsible to the people".
Along with that, the Party Committee of the commune needs to specifically identify key projects, plans, and tasks that need to be implemented to successfully implement the Congress resolution's goals with the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, specific results, clear deadlines, and clear roadmap"; focusing on socio-economic development and improving people's lives.
Comrade Luu Van Trung agreed and highly appreciated the 3 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs that the Party Executive Committee of the commune presented at the Congress. The locality needs to focus on leadership, do a good job of ideological work, create consensus among the people to speed up the compensation and site clearance progress of the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway and bauxite mines. At the same time, make detailed plans in line with the province's orientation, strictly manage land, develop infrastructure, attract investment, pay attention to social security, sustainably reduce poverty, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.
Comprehensive digital transformation needs to be promoted, considered an inevitable trend, one of the major orientations identified by the Central Government. The focus is to thoroughly grasp resolutions and directives on digital transformation, concretizing them into action programs that are close to local characteristics. Communes need to improve the efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center, provide full online public services, promote the digitization of records and data, and build a digital government to serve people and businesses quickly, conveniently, and transparently.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that the Commune Party Committee should strengthen the building of a truly clean and strong Party and political system, associated with promoting administrative reform within the Party; focus on resolving outstanding cases related to the conclusions of competent authorities on land and public property management as pointed out. In addition, national defense and security work also needs to be strengthened; proactively grasp the situation, promptly resolve issues arising from the grassroots, and prevent hot spots from occurring.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee believes that the Party Committee, government and people of Kien Duc commune will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, proactively seize opportunities and potential advantages of the commune to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Kien Duc commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, making an important contribution to the overall development of the province.
Previously, on June 25, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee (old) held a conference to announce the conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the personnel work of the new communes and wards. According to this decision, the Kien Duc Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 21 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 9 comrades. At the same time, comrade Nguyen Quang Tu was appointed as Party Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Council; comrade Cao Quy Thuong as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; comrade Vo Thi Kieu Linh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.
