Building a heritage model connected to heritage tourism journey

(QBĐT) - This morning, August 1, in Trong Hoa commune (Minh Hoa), the Department of Culture and Sports opened a training course on building a heritage model connected with heritage tourism journeys to develop ethnic minority communities with similar heritages.

This is an activity under project 6 "Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development".

The training course was attended by 60 trainees who are artisans, village elders, village chiefs, prestigious people and Bru-Van Kieu ethnic people in Trong Hoa commune.

At the training course, trainees acquired a lot of basic knowledge about the cultural traditions of ethnic minorities in Quang Binh , the rice planting festival of the Bru-Van Kieu people in Truong Son commune; the current status and potential for developing cultural tourism of the Bru-Van Kieu ethnic community in Trong Hoa commune; skills in building a heritage model connected with heritage tourism itineraries to develop ethnic minority communities with similar heritages to the rice planting festival of the Bru-Van Kieu people; teaching and practicing skills in performing the rice planting festival rituals of the Bru-Van Kieu people...

Through the training course, we aim to contribute to preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities in association with tourism development. From there, we will learn from experience and replicate it in other ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Displaying some images of the culture of ethnic minorities in the province.

At the same time, it contributes to raising awareness of cultural subjects; creating conditions for the young generation to absorb and inherit good traditional cultural values; preserving and building a healthy cultural environment.

On this occasion, the Provincial Museum also organized an exhibition of some images about the culture of ethnic minorities in the province.

The training course will take place from August 1-9.
