At the meeting, the Club's Executive Board reported on the Club's activities in the second quarter. Accordingly, Club members always proactively access information, grasp the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's laws and policies, especially in the fields of agriculture , farmers, and rural areas.
In particular, members also exchanged, discussed, and shared experiences, good practices, and new models in production and animal husbandry, bringing high economic efficiency to farmers today. Notably, the "new and strange" models, in the direction of organic, clean agricultural products, food safety, typical local agricultural products; expanding opportunities to access markets inside and outside the province for club members.
In addition, members such as HK Trading Company Limited also cooperate with the Vocational Training and Farmers Support Center and the Provincial Farmers' Association to implement many models of supplying input materials without interest, payment at the end of the season, and at the same time provide technical support to farmers throughout the rice and vegetable crop, reducing production costs by 15-20%, increasing profits by 30% compared to before.
Along with that, the club members also participate in social security activities such as: Giving scholarships to disadvantaged students; giving charity houses to officials and farmer members; providing financial support to help farmers gradually access voluntary social insurance policies...
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong praised and acknowledged the spirit of solidarity and efforts in production and business of the members of the Club, not only helping each member but also supporting farmers to stabilize their lives.
At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association emphasized that in the current period, the role of farmers, agriculture and rural areas is very important, therefore, the Provincial Farmers' Club for Good Production and Business needs to focus on building a "modern, ecological" agriculture, associated with building a model of a professional farmer, both producing and doing business, meeting environmental and product indicators and supporting other farmers to change their mindset from traditional agricultural production to agricultural economics.
