KIM LONG MOTOR HUE JSC handed over the first electric bus of KIM LONG brand

This is the first delivery of vehicles in the annual contract to supply 200 KIM LONG brand buses of various types to serve tourism and student transportation activities in Korea, signed last April.

The KIMLONG N23-EV electric bus model has a modern design, 7.5m long, maximum capacity of 22 passengers, suitable for flexible operation in crowded streets, residential areas and schools. This vehicle line meets the needs of transporting students and exploiting tourism in major cities in Korea.

The car is equipped with DONGFENG DANA bridge system (USA) and a series of advanced safety technologies such as: EBS electronic brake, AEBS emergency brake assist, ESC electronic balance, HAS hill start assist, LDWS lane departure warning, collision sensor, anti-jamming door.

The journey monitoring system helps parents and schools track travel schedules. The vehicle uses SK (Korea) Lithium Polymer batteries, 170kW capacity, 310km range per charge, cost savings, reduced emissions, in line with the green transportation development strategy in Korea.

Sharing at the handover ceremony, Mr. Dao Viet Anh, General Director of KIM LONG MOTOR said: “This event proves that Vietnam has completely mastered high technology and is confident in competing in the international market. According to plan, the KIMLONG N23-EV pure electric bus model will officially be available in Korea in June this year and put into operation in major cities such as Seoul, Incheon and Busan... This is the first step in the journey of sustainable development, marking the strong presence of KIM LONG MOTOR on the world automobile industry map.
